The assistant is an informational service that operates on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram. It answers questions about product prices, stock, sizes, delivery charges, payment methods, and shop policies, in English and Bengali. Answers about price and availability are checked live against the shop's product data at the moment you ask.
The assistant replies to messages you send first, within each platform's messaging window. It does not contact you outside that window. Within a window you open by messaging us, it may send a follow-up about an order you started or placed.
The assistant on Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram can place a real order for you at Bdeshishop. It shows you the order summary and asks you to confirm before anything is submitted, and the order is created in the shop's own order system — the same system the website checkout uses. The assistant does not process payments; orders are cash on delivery or paid through the shop's existing methods.
Prices, discounts, and stock levels change. The assistant checks product data live when answering, but the final price, availability, and applicable delivery charge are confirmed by the shop when you place your order. If the assistant's answer and the checkout page differ, the checkout page prevails.
