BdeshiShop User Data Deletion

The BdeshiShop assistant processes the text of messages you send across Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram, along with the platform-assigned identifier for your conversation. It also keeps a small session context so follow-up questions work.

Enter the identifier for the channel you used so we can locate your session:

You can also request deletion by:

• Email — send to bdeshishop111@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Facebook message — message our page at facebook.com/bdeshishop2012.
• WhatsApp message — send to +8801910677619.

What happens next

1. The assistant clears your conversation data and session context for the provided identifier.
2. Any message content present in our systems for that identifier is deleted.
3. We confirm completion by replying to your email, Facebook message, or WhatsApp message within 30 days.

You can also delete your chat history on the platform side: use “Delete conversation” in Messenger, delete the chat in your WhatsApp app, or delete the DM thread in Instagram.
